Hi Debra,

I've used the nps system on a few projects.  I think it works pretty well.
You can customize it some once you're familiar with FileMaker pro.  I don't
especially like the nps system of numbering but again you can get around
that within the software.  Sorry I don't know of anything in Access for you.
I've worked with a few database systems in the past but the nps sytem is
superior to those.  You may want to talk with the folks at Harper's Ferry
who use the system if you decide to go that direction.
