Carol's story about the watch attached to the window blinds reminded
me of something that heppened to me several years ago.  I had given
my "watch the baby, not the clock" speil to a new mom.  The next day
when I went into her room I noticed a towel hung over the clock.  I
was feeling rather smug and impressed that she had taken my words so
seriously.  When I commented on it, however, the mom said "Oh, the 2
clocks in the room had different times and it was confusing, so we
covered one up."!  Oh well, maybe a little of what I said did sink
in.
