I always thought insulin was inactivated in the GI tract and that was the
reason insulin has been given by injection. One truly learns something
new every day if s/he looks in the right places! (Like Lactnet!)

I think what you are doing is so very important Valerie. You are
definitely ahead of your time, and I know it must at times feel lonely
and discouraging out there on the front line, but I do hope you keep on
keeping on doing it!
