Glen,

I do love learning new things.  That is the best bonus of this work. I
am not sure why the Graham cracker is chosen for the demo over others.
Perhaps it is porous, but keeps its shape when soaked.  (a very good
cracker for dipping in milk).  Perhaps a baby teething cracker would
have similar characteristics?

I have been educated this week about something I knew nothing
about, last week - sounds suitable for a Vegemite spread but I
feel the need to find something similar for the n2 demo.

(BTW Have to admit that I hate vegemite even though it is Aussie
traditional <smile>)
