I don't mean to sink the ship, but who's going to pay for this
project?  Perhaps there is some highway in need of an upgrade where Steve
can move his "

phoenicopteris ruber plasticus

" so that they can be part of that.  Obviously it would mean that Steve's
"birds" gets bulldozed, as these things did not come into vogue until
1957.  Perhaps you can stall it for a few more years until it is eligible
at age 50.
