I am an RN in private practice providing home health services for
mothers and infants.  I am also a rental station for breast pumps and
supplies.  I have operated out of my home for 12 years and now want to
move into a store front location.

I have professional liability insurance for my nursing care and rely on
the company I represent as a rental station for their product liability
insurance.  I am looking for insurance as a shop owner in case of fire,
theft or injury to anyone while in the shop.  I am having trouble
finding a company to offer this coverage because of the rental
equipment.  They say they would have to cover injury to anyone while
using the rental equipment and supplies and they don't want to do that.

HELP!  Has anyone ever had this problem and what did you do to get
proper insurance?  I have been in business for 12 years and have had to
explain many times what I do, but have never had any trouble getting
insurance to operate out of my home.  Now I am stuck for an answer as to
where to go next.  Thank you for any information you can offer.
