Thank you Sheila for sharing your expertise on this issue.  The correct
vocabulary is very important when speaking of herbs and essential oils.  We
do know about flax seed but your information on rosemary is most enlightening.

I remember something lonnnnnng ago about rosemary and breastfeeding. I may
have kept it and will check my files.
