BUT: one of the sponsors of the website is L'Oreal, a Nestlé subsidiary.
That makes me less inclined to be at all generous in my judgment of the
restof the page.

*** Yes, perfectly exact... This campain is not at all a good thing for
breastfeeding in France. Sure, when a pregnant woman not very informed or
motivated see this picture, she thinck : "ack, surely I will not
breastfeed". Particularly since Nicolas Hulot, in an interview, told that
"sure, I will not tell to mothers to not breastfeed, but we must accept the
reality : breast milk is heavily contaminated"
LOTS of protestations here, from feminist, breastfeeding mothers and
fathers, associations for breastfeeding (LLL France included). Actually,
everybody receive the same "programmated" answer (a sirupus speech about
dangers for the planet and the major pollution of breast milk, and please
give us money - not a single word about pollution in formula, or about the
fact that formula is a cause of pollution).

Perfectly possible that Nestlé has given this idea of a breast with "motor
oil" milk, rather than, for instance, a bottle with "motor oil" milk, or a
cow with such a milk.
And I have personnaly some doubts about the real interests of this fondation
for ecology. Before that, it was sponsorised by one of the most important
polluter in Europe (at least - dont' remember the name just now) ; not more
serious than if LLL was sponsorised by Nestlé.
