Barbara, as I was reading the statement you submitted from Bo Lonnerdale, all
I could think was bio-availability.  Most of the nutrients that formulas add
to try and replicate breast milk are in much larger amounts because babies
cannot absorb most of the nutrients from formula.  A few examples are iron and
sodium.  So why wouldn't this hold true to protein they are adding?
Am I off base on this observation?  Will the health professionals and the
public every come to understand what the formula companies are doing to our
little babies while trying to replicate breast milk?  SIGH.
