Interesting,

I have never had to pay for Pediatric Annals.  It seems to find me regardless
of address change :).  There are several other Journals that are sent free
(including Archives of Pediatrics-the AMA publication) that "charge for
subscription."  I'm not sure what group or company subsidizes this.
