When I spoke about "Shape of nipple the moment baby lets go (or mom
takes baby off).  The only difference she should see it it will
probably look a little longer overall."
I was using the terminology I usually  use with moms.  I know it is
actually the nipple/areolar complex that gets "lenghtened" or drawn
well into baby's mouth, not just the nipple.  After reading your
post I realized that I may need to get more specific with moms, as
if it is truly just the nipple that is "stretched out", then there
could be a problem.  I didn't want to say there should be no
difference at all, as there is that moment of release when the
tissue hasn't returned to its non-nursing state.
That's what I like about LN.  We can always learn new ways to
"tweak" what we say to be sure what we think we are saying is what
the other person thinks they are hearing!
