Two questions:
1. Are they worried about the baby getting SARS because they
are exposed to the mother who has it, or because it will pass
through the milk? Moms can be sick and pass immunities on to
their babies through breast milk.

2. What is the process for checking whether something is
passed through breast milk? How long does that process take?
From the HIV experience, it is clear that the answers are not
alway straightforward, but still... it seems worth testing
and asking the question
