The company that makes Neocate is called SHS International.  It is a part of
Nutricia.
In the US, SHS of North America has the following address:  Human Genome
Science Campus in Rockville Maryland.  One might just suspect that this
specialized infant formula is what the FDA calls "novel."  It might even be
called genetically engineered.  Since words are so important to the FDA and
biotech companies, we probably should just call it the "novel" infant
formula.  SHS at one time was Valio International.  In my research, Valio was
