One of them is the use of citrus seed extract either topically or orally.  I
personally tried the ingestion method.  It was hands down the most horrible
taste (think used ashtray swabbed with a grapefruit rind) I can recall.  I
would think twice before subjecting a baby to that taste *treat*.  There is
a reason you are cautioned to swallow it all at once - you may lose your
nerve.  ;-)

Ingesting citrus seed extract twice a day with topical application of GV to
my nipples and increased hygiene worked wonderfully for us.
