Apologies for cross posting.

Does anyone have information on assessing the impacts to portions of historic trails, such as the Oregon Trail, by highway projects, etc.  We are involved with completing a Section 4(f) document for the Casper West Belt Loop project which will cross the Oregon Trail in Casper, Wyoming and need to know if there are standard methods for assessing impacts to these types of sites.  Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
