Working with Dr Jack Newman I have seen him clip
many frenulums. It is such a simple procedure that
takes less than a second after which babies usually
breastfeed. There is little or no crying and usually
only one small drop of blood. Most moms report that 
things begin to improve quickly after having this simple
procedure done. They have often come to the clinic
with sore nipples or slow weight gain or both. Next
visit things have often improved dramatically.

I think the only fear is hemophilia.

I know Jack is away at conferences every other 
weekend, maybe he could do some teaching when
he is in your area (but don't tell him it was my idea.)
