Am behind in my reading but have been reading the Liszt Sonata thread
with interest.

Argerich's Festival at Lugano, last summer, produced more live audio
(and some video) from that festival and available online.

Apparently some of last year's is due out soon on EMI. In the meantime
most of the evening chamber music can be heard (and some of it seen)
at:

   http://www.rtsi.ch/trasm/argerich/welcome.cfm?lng=1&ids=495

You'll need the latest RealAudio software update for it but some of that
chamber music is good-listening. Unfortunately, there's no audio for
the recitals of the young pianists she is sponsoring, including Dong-Hyek
Lim, whose name will become more familiar soon. (His studio recording
has less personality than heard in his live playing.)

On the right side of the page are event listings during the festival,
and clicking on each night-program (not the morning ones) will bring up
the programs for those days with audio of many of the performances.

These work for slow modems also and are in quite good sound (unless there
is Internet network congestion - and then there is interruption of the
stream).

A very good way to become acquainted with some of the less-heard chamber
music repertoire

There are also Debussy's Deux nocturnes by Argerich with Beroff plus
other similar goodies, such as the world premiere of Prokofiev's Cinderella:
Suite from the Ballet, Op. 87 (transcribed for two pianos by Mikhail
Pletnev), played by Pletnev and Argerich.
