There was the widely-publicized case several years ago of the 65-year-old
New Jersey Grandmother who was arrested (and later charged) when she arrived
to pick up photos because the clerk phoned authorities after seeing pictures
of her grandchildren naked in the bath.

I think the Wall Street Journal did a feature last year on how photo clerks
are asked to 'police' for child porn. Without any special training or
education, they sometimes make the wrong call causing a lot of grief for the
people involved.
