In the UK, if an offence was thought to be committed, it would not be
any of these, but the offence of 'making an indecent photograph of a
child' - that won't be the actual wording, but the offence is more or
less that. Maybe this is the same in some states in the US? That it's
the photographing that's the offence, not the act depicted.

The law is currently used to prosecute paedophiles who download and
then store child pornography on their computers.

There have been cases here where parents have been questioned, after
being reported,  for taking pictures of their own children in the
bath. As far as I know, there have been no prosecutions of this type,
and none that I know of that have had anything to do with bf.


But sadly, I can imagine it happening.
