Heidi,
Please excuse if I am repeating ideas from another
listmember...
You may want to consider the following, in addition to
the letter-writing: find the legal definitions of
words such as "obscene", "lewd", and
"lacivious"...print them up, with source quoted, and
give copies to the clerk and manager of BJ's. This
topic came up on Lactnet not too long ago, I believe
in relation to public BFing or possibly photographs.
That discussion, once again, firmly entrenched in my
own mind the reality that breastfeeding cannot even be
remotely defined as "lewd".
If folks do not know the meanings of the terms they
are using, they need to refrain from using them!
Hang in there, Heidi!
Carole
