I might come up with a slightly different list, but this seems to me a
good try.  One entry caught my eye- Adams' "Naive and Sentimental Music."
I agree that it deserves a place on this list - it is a wonderful piece
of music which far transcends the "minimalist" label.  The second movement,
"Mother of the Man", is remarkably beautiful and expressive.
