Please pardon my accidental personal posting (again).

But seriously, how about a round of applause for all those volunteers who
give freely of their spare time (which is so very limited for most
professionals, particularly grad students like Elizabeth Norris).  The SHA,
SPMA, and other societies remain a vibrant because of their mostly
unheralded efforts.

Consider buying a committee volunteer a drink at the annual meeting, be it
beer, coffee, or spring water according to preference...

You need only two tools. WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it
