I'm behind on reading again, so this may have already been answered.
Methycilliin
Resistant
Staph
Aureus

Pronounced "mirsa". It's one of the frightening bacterial mutants that
are fostered by overuse of anitbiotics. The resourceful little bugs
just build resistance so another antibiotic must be developed. This one
has yet (as I understand it) to have an antibiotic developed that can
really wipe it out. It is an infection control person's nightmare.
