George Washington's Fredericksburg Foundation

Staff Archaeologist

The George Washington's Fredericksburg Foundation has an immediate opening
for a Staff Archaeologist. The primary area of specialization sought is
colonial Chesapeake archaeology. The position is currently funded for 2002
and 2003 with the possibility of extension.  Applicants should possess an
advanced degree in Historical Archaeology or related field.  The position
requires large-scale excavation experience and proficiency in database
development or Arcview.
