The third movement of the Sonata No.  7 in B-flat major, Op.83, has this
tempo marking.  The marking is also used elsewhere as an "in measure"
marking, like in Sonata No.  3 in A minor, Op.  28, movement I, measure
105, if I've counted correctly.
