Steve Schwartz is preaching to the choir when it comes to me and Brian
Wilson.  I think that one of the reasons there are so few covers for Beach
Boys songs is that, unlike most pop music, the melody is hardly the point
of most interest.  Brian Wilson produced a "sound" in his songs, and to
tamper with that is to remove what is so wonderful about them.  Glad to
hear about this album.
