There is an ongoing stream of recommendations on the best performance of
I think this rather boring piece.  The other day I read a comment by Dutch
violinist Theo Olof, who sat in a panel to finds the best Brahms on LP,
from a number of good performances they selected after "blind" listening
as numbers!  & 2 two recordings by Henryk Szeryng.
