Winnie asks about cramping and diarrhea...

Yes, if I remember correctly the release of oxytocin is a muscle effect( in
the breast to cause let down) but else where as well.   So the urge for bowel
movements is common with that.  I believe I dealt with this personally for
about the first year.  (It was always worse at 2-4 am of course:(
