I take a highly negative view of the notion of boycotting or censoring
Most anything.  To me, boycotting a conductor because he performs the
works of a 19th century composer who just happened to be one dumb bigot is
ridiculous and a blot on those who request the boycott.  Besides, Wagner
didn't gas anyone, although he might have if the technology was readily
available.
