Heather W. Neil writes that it is controversial among some midwives in the
UK to expect that mothers supply the milk their babies drink, from birth.
Does the hospital supply the babies with breastmilk if the mother is
breastfeeding?  Does the mother who chooses not to breastfeed, get less food
in hospital than her breastfeeding counterpart?  What is all the fuss?
