Hi-
I'm a Kaiser Lactation consultant, and I had a question from our chief of
OB/GYN and am trying to
reasearch it. The doc has a patient who is interested in breastfeeding.
Here are the details:

43 years old
Had primary ovarian failure in late teens/ early 20s.
Not menstruating before pregnancy
Primipara
Pregnant with twins through in vitro and donor eggs
Pregnancy at 30 weeks.  proceeding well so far (no bed rest).
Don't know if the mom was on HRT prior to pregnancy.
Don't know about breast changes during pregnancy.

Any thoughts out there about herbal support for her to help milk supply if
she exhibits with problems, especially that might be different from the
normal galactogogues?  Any one with any experience with a post menopausal
primip breastfeeding?
