Hi. I'd want to know what the cause of her hyperprolactinemia is, say a
pituitary tumor perhaps? Is she on medication for this condition?

I have had one client with this problem, and she breastfed fine, with no
problems. She did not take medication for the first six months after birth,
when she was then pressured to start taking it again. I am forgetting the
medication she was on...

but it will come to me.
