I can't see why you would need to have any advertising of any kind at all on
them.  The hospital where I had my children just had the name of the hospital at
the top "******* Community Hospital" (not even address or phone number) a pretty
picture of an angel (the same angel that is on the little t-shirts they give out
to new babies) on the bottom left corner and had spaces for parent's names,
child's name, the all important measurments and came in either pink or blue.

I kep tall of my babies' cot cards.  They occupy the second page in their photo
albums.
