This whole discussion reminded me of a talk that I heard by Jeanne Driscoll.
  She was in the hospital, explaining to a very attentive dad just how he
might help relieve his wife's engorgement.

He apparently nodded solemnly at Jeanne, leaned his 6 foot-4 frame over and
began doing his duty.  Here Jeanne paused before adding, emphatically,
"And every one of the visitors got up and walked out of the room" !!!

We were all in stitches picturing it.
That's one way of dealing with those pesky visitors who stay too long and
interfere with breastfeeding time!
