Did you check the archives?  These are usually older, first time mothers,
career type women.  Some of them  have a great deal of difficulty with the
needs of a newborn.  Bottlefeeding gives them the feeling of control as
opposed to breastfeeding where baby sets pace.  There is much  more to this
 too.  The feeling that I'm  only going to have one baby and I've got to do
 it right Ppossibly long-term  fertility tx to  just  get pg. where mom is
not in control.   So many issues!  I'm reasonably sure this has been
