Thank you for this clarification. These pieces of good information can make
the difference between premature weaning, and a loss of something wonderful
for both mom and babe, and a temporary cessation with full knowledge of why
it has to happen, and how to manage in the meantime. It doesn't sound like
the mom was given this kind of information, but that breastfeeding was about
to the sacrificed again.
