I have to pipe in on this one. Having suffered a traumatic pregnancy
loss, and having low progesterone, I opted not to try herbs or natural forms
of progesterone in this pregnancy. I receive 200mgs twice a week by
injection....and I still nurse my five year old.  I did NOT see a decrease
in my milk supply.
However, I do know many women do lose their milk, I guess I'm lucky! In
fact,
I was nursing him the other night and he fell asleep and turned away and he
had my milk all over his mouth and dripping on his check. Sweet! Just
another point of view.
