The problem is that difficulty w/ bf'ing has become so pervasive in our culture that is is difficult to always get a read on the origin of the problem. This is especially true since medicalized birth and inattention to early pp needs can create many of the signs we might otherwise have credited to developlmental or neurological conerns.
