Thank you for sharing that. It gives a bit of balance back after being told
by a client that the nurse in the MD office (who says she is studying to
become an LC) said that her 6 week old who gained 5 ounces last week, nursing
in little snacky nursings ( mom has I think low storage, bilateral implants
for poor develpment 15 years ago),  and is healthy and happy, but wakes after
4 hours in the evening to then nurse every 2 at night, should have a
pacifier, and no food. ( "She doesn't need it at night, and she needs to
learn to take 2 hour naps every day") The mom felt like she was being judged
a poor mother by not withholding the breast at night.
It's nice to know somewhere, something is going right...
