Jennifer, Is it "milk thistle" or "blessed thistle"?

Subject: Re: Dr. Lowdog--peanut and fenugreek

According to Dr Lowdog, who I had the absolute pleasure of hearing speak
last week, there is no reason to assume that peanut allergy and
fenugreek allergy would be related. As she pointed out, being in the
same family is not an accurate basis for such an argument. She also
pointed out again that milk thistle is a better lactogogue than
fenugreek w/ a very good history of safety and efficacy.
