I actually disagree with this.  If you will look in the archives you will
see that a couple of us on the list have taken progesterone to either get pg
or stay pg.  I used a high dose with all of my pregnancies.  With my last
ones, I lost two and then conceived our last child, my milk supply began to
drop within days of taking it.  My son was so frustrated.  It effected him
so much so that we have decided to wait until this child is weaned to get pg
again so she won't have to suffer the milk loss that my son did.  Many don't
think that the effects on an 18 month old should be that negative since they
aren't nursing as often, but it was very traumatic for my son.
