This gives me the opportunity to update the records.  In yesterday's
Birthday Honours James Galway received a Knighthood and so is now Sir James
Galway.  Also Sir Colin Davis was made a Companion of Honour (only 100 of
those alive at any one time) which, kind of, raises him above all the other
living conductor Knights.
