Have you talked with the mom about any history of sexualy abuse.  I had this
a few times when I worked for WIC.  IF mom is uncomfortable with her breasts
but wants to breastfeed because she thinks she has to some strange
fennomenon always seemed to happen so that she could stop breastfeeding and
not feel guilty.  Alos,  has the baby been treated for Thrush.  You only
mentioned moms Diflucan.  Perhaps the baby is reinfecting her.  Good luck!
