 mentioned.  However, neither bio explicitly states his birthplace.
 Instead, we get:

   "Having received his musical education as a chorister at Canterbury
   Cathedral and a scholar at the Royal College of Music, Trevor Pinnock
   formed The English Concert in 1973..."
