Yes, it is a great piece of music, The first to record it, was I think,
John Ogdon.  I have the Hamelin version on Hyperion, which is fabulous.
I don't know any other pianoconcerto with male choir.  i know, from his
autobiography that Geza Frid wrote a pianoconcerto, for male choir and
piano without orchestra, but I have never heard it.
