Hello, I'm bringing up this old topic again after collecting and sumarizing
all the responses plus adding in some info from other posts on other
topics.  I've posted the final compiled list below, as it stands to the
best of my knowledge.  If anyone can please correct/update my list, or
perhaps add to my list any notable ensembles or conductors I may have
missed, I would very much appreciate it.
