I've used the plastic ones that come with infant motrin (they come in their
own plastic seal inside the box), droppers that you can buy in the baby care
section of any drug store, baby store, BRU, TRU, etc  They're often sold as
medicine droppers.  The glass droppers (not optimal for obvious reasons) from
tincture bottles from the hfs - this is actually what I usually have
available....
