I have a question about fenugeek dosage.  My books say that "standard" dosage is 2-3 capsules 3 times a day.  The fenugeek bottle says it contains 500mg capsules - take 1 a day.  Is 500 mg a standard capsule, and should a breastfeeding mom wanting to use fenugeek to help increase her supply take 2-3  500 mg capsules  3 times a day?
