I am sure that I have heard somewhere that using a breast pump or hand
expressing for a longer period of time (20 minutes or something like I
think) induces a much higher peak of longer duration in prolactin than
doing the same for a shorter period of time (like 10 minutes). Can anyone
help me in this?
