But BFing, even long term, won't prevent it. I'm (muffle 57 mumble) and
I'm down 25% in my lower back. This after nursing 2 of my 3 for 3+ years
each and toting them in arms or in a carrier A LOT! Where would I be now
without that post-BF rebound effect? They also tested my non dominant
L.hip and it's fine. Could that be from all this baby toting in my
L.arm, not to mention an equal number of years bowling where I stop &
slide on my L.foot? Wish I could get them to test my R.hip. I do have a
strong family history of Osteoporosis.
